Seek To Live In Christ Hebrews 13:20-25

Living in Christ means to put selfish gain away because worldly pursuits lead us away from godly living.  As Paul was in prison he wrote the letter to the Philippian church.  He didn’t consider his imprisonment as a bad thing, but a way to advance the gospel, an to this day, we are still reading his letter.  He writes the letter with an out-flowing of joy and he is thankful for his chains that it is used to proclaim the gospel message.   Paul is encouraging the church to stay faithful to Christ.  He teaches them that joy in the Christ needs to be their pursuit in life regardless of their circumstances.
